Contractor Rebate Program Details
• Rebates are based on the total purchase of Paladin Construction Group attachments from the qualifying brands: Bradco, CP, FFC, Harley,
JRB, McMillen and Sweepster. Use the chart below to calculate the final rebate value.

• Qualifying attachments must be purchased between October 1, 2010 and June 30, 2011.
• Fully completed forms must be received by July 15, 2011.
• This mail-in rebate may not be used in combination with any other Paladin Construction Group incentive or program.
• The following items and individual components do not qualify for the rebate unless purchased as part of a complete new
attachment: pins, mounting kits, installation kits, hydraulic couplers, teeth and brushes. The rebate excludes pallet forks.
• Completed form must include a copy of the original sales invoice with the Paladin Construction Group attachment(s) circled.
• Forms should be sent to: Paladin Construction Group—Rebate, 820 Glazer Parkway, Akron, OH 44306. Or a PDF of the
completed rebate form and original sales invoice may be e-mailed to Back2Work@PaladinBrands.com, subject line: Contractor Rebate.
• Allow 4 to 6 weeks to process rebates.
